Overall appearance is very good other than dirt which should clean off easily. No cracks, chips or significant scratches on the black Bakelite case. Handle is very good. Missing 3 feet on back. Meter is excellent, moves freely full scale with no binding. Measures 5"W, 3.25"D, 6"H. Item #9332
