Tenma 72-1040 2 Channel Millivoltmeter. Overall appearance is excellent. I did a quick wipe down of the metal case and the only flaw I see is a little wear on 1 corner. Still needs some touchup cleaning. Handle is excellent, metal ends look like they'll polish up. Front panel excellent, markings excellent. Meter is excellent, both needles move freely full scale. Back panel and markings are excellent. Original power cord is very good. Both channels work, they agree with each other but read a little higher than my DVM. Probes not included.
