Overall appearance is very good to excellent. Chrome is excellent. Carry case very good. Battery compartment & contacts very clean. Tip of telescoping antenna missing, couldn't extend antenna for testing. Not tested except it powered up, squelch & responds to touching antenna so it's basically working. Requires 10 "AA" cells.
