Overall appearance is very good. Other than a little dirt the only flaws I see are some tape residue & small dents in grille. No power cord or mic, not tested. 117VAC/12VDC. Sold as-is for parts or restoration. Approximate size 10.5"W, 9"D, 5"H. Item #91094
