Overall appearance is very good. Wrinkle painted metal case needs cleaning but has few flaws. Plated case hardware is lightly pitted. Includes rusted key for the lock. Handle is fair to good. Bakelite face of the instrument needs a little cleaning but no chips or cracks. All controls function mechanically. Meter needle moves freely full scale. Battery compartment is very clean. Not tested. Measures 9.5"W, 10"D, 6.5"H. Item #9294
