Overall appearance is very good other than a little dirt. Handles are very good. Front panel needs cleaning, markings excellent. Original power cord is very good except it's a little frayed where it enters the cabinet. Looking through rear access panel chassis looks very clean. Missing probe, not tested except it powers up & meter needle moves smoothly full scale as the "Set Reference" control is rotated. Sold as-is for parts or restoration.
