Overall appearance is very good. Metal case has a few small rust spots & needs cleaning. Also some battery leakage residue on back near & inside battery compartment. Telescoping antenna opens fully. Front panel excellent, markings excellent. Meter is excellent. Not tested except it powered up, no smoke and meter needle moves freely full scale. Requires 4 "AA" cells. Missing 2 feet.
