Overall appearance is very good. Front & rear panel markings excellent. Original power cord is very good. Chassis is clean. Not tested except powered it up for 20 minutes, no smoke. Decoder & EBS lights both respond to their respective switches. Lights do not respond to Modulation switch. Sold as-is for parts or restoration. Measures 19"W, 4"D, 3.75"H. Item #91008
