Overall appearance is good. A little rust on black metal case. Front panel good, markings excellent. Some rust on handle. Original power cord is very good. Up to 19V out but the highest current I got out at 12V was 3.5A, at 5A it was around 9V. Approximate size in inches 4W, 6D,10.5H. Item #8762
