Overall appearance is good to very good. Metal case has some paint chips & rust. Front panel excellent other than a little dirt, markings excellent. Meter is excellent, needle moves freely full scale. Chassis is clean, no rust. Not tested other than meter. Measures 5.75"W, 3.5"D, 3.25"H. Amateur HAM Item #9485
